Welcome to the Kelly Flanagan Group! We are thrilled to share our journey with you in beautiful Palm Desert. Janice and I embarked on an exciting adventure together- opening and operating our own fine dining restaurant in Flagstaff, Arizona, where we spent two fulfilling decades. However, the lure of the Desert and our desire to raise our three children in these surroundings drew us back to where we grew-up. In 2000 we returned to the beautiful sunny Desert.

During our transition, while Janice dedicated her time to nurturing our children and completing her college education, I was fortunate enough to kickstart my new career opening the onsite office at Palm Valley Country Club. It was a pivotal moment that laid the foundation for what was to come. Once Janice graduated, she launched her property management company “Here All Year” which quickly became a trusted name in the community. In 2015, I expanded my real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway and in 2018 Janice joined me to create the Kelly Flanagan Group. Our partnership blossomed much like the success we had in our restaurant and as parents. Together we earned recognition as part of the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Presidents Circle of top agents.

As with any industry, change is inevitable, in 2024 National Association of Realtors settled a lawsuit that mandated new commission negotiation practices. Embracing the change, we were excited to be recruited by VIP Realty. With the strong presence in several states and throughout California, VIP Realty saw the potential for a top-tier full-service brokerage in the Coachella Valley, focusing on their best agents negotiating commissions.
